LAKE OZARK, Mo. — On Nov. 10, 2019, a Lake Ozark couple was found dead in their condo on Racquet Club Drive, on Horseshoe Bend. On March 3, 2020, authorities have released the cause of death. The Camden County Sheriff's Office on March 3 said Anand and Kourtney Torres died due to Acute Fentanyl Intoxication, according to the toxicology report. I read from Lake Expo that a couple from Lake Ozark, who was found dead on November 10, 2019, at their condo on Racquet Club Drive died because of a particular medicine used as a pain reliever. According to the Toxicology report, the cause of death was Acute Fentanyl. Because of this result, the Camden County Sheriff’s Office released an official statement on March 03, 2020, that the case is now closed.
